I liked the onsen overlooking the city. The baths were clean and spacious and the sauna was delightful. The club room was very nice to look out from and nice to have coffee complimentary available. The architecture of the hotel is fascinating and unlike anything I have seen. The staff were kind and helpful, Yoshi upon check in was also fantastic. He was very kind and informative and made us feel very welcomed. The waiters were also amazing and kind, I loved visiting for meals.

The natural hot spring at the hotel is a great place to rest and relax. Delicious dinner, quite decent fine dining. Breakfast very good. Service impeccable.
